Who sees your data

A trainer does not see clients who are not assigned to them. Companies are separated from each other at the level of every row in the database — data does not cross between them.
Health data
Section titled “Health data”A “sick leave” absence is health data and has a narrower audience than the rest of the schedule — it appears neither in the schedule preview in the app nor on the front desk kiosk.
Apple Health and Google Fit data reaches the app only after you consent, in your phone’s system settings. You can withdraw that consent at any time in the same place.
Deleting your account
Section titled “Deleting your account”Deleting an account anonymises the personal data: name, email, phone, date of birth and photo. The sign-in account ceases to exist.
The business history stays — sessions, plans, settlements — but the name is replaced with “Deleted user”.
Why not erase everything: accounting and payroll records are subject to their own retention periods, and anonymised data is no longer personal data under the GDPR.
