First run
Your trainer or club creates the account. You get an invitation — and your data is on your phone right away.
Signing in
Section titled “Signing in”There is no password to set. You enter your email address, receive a one-time code and type it into the app.
If the app says you have no access, your trainer hasn’t activated your account yet. That’s one click on their side.
The Start screen
Section titled “The Start screen”This is the first thing you see after signing in:
- your next session — time, class type and who is running it,
- credits — how many entries you have left for each class type,
- shortcuts for today — straight into the workout and today’s meals.
| Tab | What it’s for |
|---|---|
| Start | what’s on today, how many entries are left |
| Calendar | your sessions and class bookings |
| Training | the plan from your trainer and the workout player |
| Diet | the meal plan and the food log |
| More | profile, chat, reports, settings |
Language
Section titled “Language”The app works in Polish and English. You change the language under More → Settings; by default it follows your phone’s system language.
The onboarding form
Section titled “The onboarding form”If your trainer sent you a questionnaire, fill it in before your first session — goal, training history, injuries, dietary preferences. The answers go straight into your profile and your trainer builds the plan on them.
