Logging your meals
The Diet tab shows today’s meal plan, split into meals.
Ticking meals off
Section titled “Ticking meals off”You tick off a meal you’ve eaten with one tap. The bar at the top updates calories and macros immediately — you see what’s left of the target, not what you’ve already eaten.
While ticking off, you can rate the meal from 1 to 5. Your trainer sees these ratings and learns from them what to keep in the plan and what to swap.
Something off-plan
Section titled “Something off-plan”Not every day goes to plan. You can add an entry in three ways:
| Way | When |
|---|---|
| Search | a food or a ready meal from the database — over 48,000 entries |
| Barcode scanner | a product from the shop; the camera reads the barcode off the packaging |
| Custom entry | a home-cooked dish; you give the name and nutritional values |
Custom entries are saved, so next time you’ll find them in the search.
Supplements
Section titled “Supplements”If your trainer prescribed supplements, they appear at the matching time of day, along with the dose.
Shopping list
Section titled “Shopping list”The plan generates a shopping list from the foods used over the coming days. You’ll find it in the Diet tab.
What your trainer sees
Section titled “What your trainer sees”Your trainer sees what was ticked off and when — day by day. They don’t see your phone, or anything beyond what you entered in the app yourself.
