Running your week in the calendar
The calendar lives in two places: the panel (week view, planning) and the phone app (what’s on today, who’s coming). The data is the same.
A new session
Section titled “A new session”In the panel: Calendar → click an open slot. You pick the class type, the client or clients, and the trainer running it.
Class types are defined separately — Class types — along with duration, capacity and whether online booking is open for them.
Recurring series
Section titled “Recurring series”If a session repeats weekly, create a series instead of twenty separate sessions. The series generates future dates up to an end date you choose.
Cancelling a single date from a series leaves the rest alone.
Cancelling and credit refunds
Section titled “Cancelling and credit refunds”Cancelling a session that was checked in returns the client’s credit automatically. You give a reason when cancelling — it lands in the history and in the audit log.
The public booking page
Section titled “The public booking page”Every company has an address where clients book for themselves, without an account:
trainone.app/book/<company id>.
The client picks a trainer, a class type and a free slot. Only class types open to online booking and slots that fit the trainer’s availability are shown.
The link works in an Instagram bio and an email signature — it is the same path the campaign drives to the site.
Availability
Section titled “Availability”You set your availability in your profile. The calendar only offers slots that fit inside it, so you don’t police it by hand at every booking.
A venue can additionally have opening hours — those then take precedence when free slots are worked out.
