Selling with a receipt
You sell from the kiosk, under Sales. There are two things to sell: entry packages and products from inventory.
The basket
Section titled “The basket”You add items, pick a client (or sell without assigning one — a bottle of water to a walk-in, say) and finalise.
Selling a package grants the client credits immediately. This is the right route for a paid sale — granting credits from the panel is administrative and creates no receipt.
Inventory
Section titled “Inventory”Products carry stock levels that go down as you sell. Stock and prices are set in the panel.
Fiscal printing
Section titled “Fiscal printing”Receipt printing is built into the kiosk — you don’t need a separate program or an adapter on the computer side.
The POSNET and ELZAB protocols are supported. You pick and configure the printer in the kiosk settings.
Sales history
Section titled “Sales history”The full history lives in the panel: Sales → History. You’ll find documents, line items, the seller and the assigned client there.
