Building a meal plan
You build meal plans in the panel, under Diet.
A new meal plan
Section titled “A new meal plan”- Diet → New plan.
- Pick the client, set the calorie target and the macro split.
- Lay out the week: each day splits into meal slots (breakfast, lunch, snack…).
In a slot you place foods or a ready recipe. The database holds over 48,000 entries — foods and meals — with nutritional values, so the macros add themselves up.
Supplements
Section titled “Supplements”A separate section of the plan. You describe an entry with a name, a dose and a time of day. The client sees it in the app at the matching time, not as a loose list.
Shopping list
Section titled “Shopping list”The plan generates a shopping list from the foods used across a chosen range of days. The client opens it in the app before going to the shop.
What the client sees
Section titled “What the client sees”The active meal plan appears in the app under Diet. The client ticks off meals as they eat them, and the macro bar at the top updates as they go.
The client can also add something of their own — a food from the database, a custom entry, or a product scanned by barcode. Whether they may remove items from the plan is a setting on the plan.
History
Section titled “History”In the client profile, next to the active meal plan, Preview shows the macro targets and the daily history for the last 14 days. The Full history link opens the complete record — day by day, with what was actually ticked off.
