Doing your workout
The player walks you through the workout exercise by exercise. It is designed to be used while you train — with a sweaty hand, from a distance, with one thumb.
Starting
Section titled “Starting”The Training tab shows today’s plan: blocks, exercises, sets and rest periods. Start workout opens the player.
The set screen shows you:
- the set number and how many are left,
- the prescription from the plan — how many reps, at what weight,
- your previous result — what you did on this exercise last time.
You change reps and weight with steppers, without opening a keyboard. Confirming a set starts the rest timer, which counts down to the next one on its own.
If an exercise is scored in time, you get a set timer instead of the reps field.
Effort rating (RPE)
Section titled “Effort rating (RPE)”After a set you can rate the effort from 1 to 10. It is not required, but your trainer sees these ratings next to the numbers — they tell them whether the weight was too light or too heavy, without asking.
Changing the order
Section titled “Changing the order”An occupied station doesn’t block your workout — you can skip to another exercise and come back to the one you missed.
History
Section titled “History”Every exercise has its own history: sets, weights and reps from previous workouts. You open it from inside the player, so you see it exactly when you need it.
A finished workout goes into your history and into the reports your trainer sees.
